Pau d'Arco – Organic Cut Bark

Organic pau d'arco bark, cut from the inner bark of the South American tabebuia tree. Woody, dry, and faintly sweet, with a warm reddish-brown color.
Traditional Use
A staple of South American herbal tradition, traditionally prepared as a long-simmered decoction rather than a quick steep.
How to Use
* Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of water
* Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, covered, then strain
* A longer simmer draws more from the bark than steeping will
