Chicory Root – Organic Roasted Granules

Organic roasted chicory root (Cichorium intybus), granulated for brewing. Deep, dark, and roasted, with a rounded bitterness remarkably close to coffee — and naturally caffeine-free.
Traditional Use
The traditional coffee substitute and extender of New Orleans and wartime Europe, brewed on its own or blended with coffee grounds.
How to Use
* Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water
* Brew in a French press, drip, or simmer 10 minutes
* Blend with roasted dandelion root for a fuller cup
Naturally caffeine-free.
