Nettle Leaf – Organic Loose Leaf

Organic nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), dried and cut from the stinging nettle plant. Deep green and richly savory, with a full, almost broth-like character once brewed. Drying removes the sting entirely.
Traditional Use
One of the great staples of Western herbalism, enjoyed as a strong infusion or blended with oat straw, red clover, and peppermint.
How to Use
* Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of hot water for a full-strength infusion
* Steep 20 minutes to several hours, covered
* Strain and enjoy hot or chilled
