Lemon Balm – Organic Loose Leaf

Organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), dried and cut for loose leaf brewing. Bright, lemony, and softly sweet, with the fresh green aroma that makes it a favorite in the herb garden.
Traditional Use
A gentle, everyday botanical traditionally enjoyed as an evening cup, on its own or blended with chamomile, oat straw, or peppermint.
How to Use
* Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water
* Steep 5 to 10 minutes, covered, to hold the aroma
* Lovely iced with a slice of lemon
