Mugwort – Organic Loose Herb

Organic mugwort herb (Artemisia vulgaris), carefully dried and cut to preserve its silver-backed leaf and distinctive aroma. Sharply herbaceous and faintly bitter.
Traditional Use
A botanical woven through European and East Asian folk tradition, used in infusions, smoke blends, bath soaks, and dream pillows.
How to Use
* Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of hot water and steep 5 minutes
* Add to bath blends and herbal sachets
* Blend with lavender or chamomile to soften
